Include the order number from Lemon Squeezy. The refund policy is the wording we follow.

## What helps

Name the app, the macOS version if the question is about behavior, and the order email if the question is about a purchase. License keys arrive from Lemon Squeezy. Do not send a card number. We do not want one, and Lemon Squeezy is the merchant that handled it.
