## Questions

What is MacMelon?

A product studio founded in 2025. It makes AccessWatch for the Mac.

Who is behind it?

MacMelon is an independent Mac software studio co-founded by Harish Ganapathi. You can reach us at harishganapathi@sevenhillshq.com.

Which operating system?

AccessWatch works on macOS 14 and later. Check each app page for its requirements.

Do you have an iPhone app?

These products are Mac apps. An iPhone app is not listed here.

How do I buy?

Choose an app to see its availability. The apps are coming soon; contact us from the app page if you would like to know more.

Where is my license key?

Check the receipt email sent after purchase. If you need help finding it, contact us with your order reference.

How do refunds work?

Email harishganapathi@sevenhillshq.com with the order number. The refund policy page is the full wording. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and processes an approved refund.

Does AccessWatch send my data anywhere?

No. Your permission prompts, rules and history stay on the Mac. AccessWatch connects to the network only for the license check, the update check, and fetching current offers, and sends nothing about your Mac.

Does AccessWatch ever press Allow?

No. It only ever presses Don’t Allow, for apps you have made a rule for. Only you can give an app access, on the macOS pop-up or in System Settings.
